Meet you mentor, Ainslie.

Ainslie is an Assistant Design Manager from North Carolina who works with architects, engineers, and designers to help them bring building projects to life while staying on schedule and on budget. She attended Cornell University, where she studied Architecture. Ainslie enjoys building and creating things, exploring new places, dancing, volunteering, and watching trashy TV or YouTube content in her downtime. She is talkative, creative, thoughtful, and comfortable sharing challenges to build trust, and she’s passionate about working with youth and supporting college access.

You and Ainslie connect in some meaningful ways. You’re both curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy building or creating things while sticking to a plan.
