Meet your mentor, Areebah.

Areebah works in People Experience, where she takes care of helping new employees, planning events, and making sure everything runs smoothly in her company. She grew up in New Jersey, and studied Business Marketing at Monmouth University before earning her MBA in Management. In college, being in a sorority helped her build leadership skills, confidence, and strong friendships—skills she now uses every day. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring new places, hiking, and working out. She watches shows like Gossip Girl, Friends, Gilmore Girls, and Grey’s Anatomy, and she’s a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan. People describe her as caring, empathetic, motivated, and encouraging, and she has lots of experience working with youth—from babysitting to volunteering with high school groups. She’s excited to give back to her community and support a student on their journey.
