Meet your mentor, Ashia.

Ashia is a Benefits Manager for the Americas at Kering Americas, Inc., where she manages insurance plans for employees across the US, Canada, and Mexico. She’s from Queens, NY, and went to D’Youville University for her undergraduate degree and CUNY Baruch for graduate school, studying Business.

She enjoys working with youth and giving back to her community. Outside of work, she likes sports, traveling, exploring new places, listening to music, attending concerts, and building or fixing things. Ashia is patient, flexible, and a great listener—qualities that make her a supportive and understanding mentor.
