Meet your mentor, Bayo.

Bayo is a Senior Manager of Guest Experience at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, where he oversees operations and supervises his team to make sure every visitor has a great experience. He grew up in Queens, New York, and studied Music Performance at CUNY York College before earning a Master’s in Arts Administration from CUNY Baruch. Bayo has always been passionate about music, guitar, and anime, and his experience in wrestling and student leadership retreats helped him develop confidence and leadership skills. He enjoys working with people at all levels, mentoring youth, and sharing lessons from his career and personal experiences.

You and Bayo connect in some meaningful ways. You’re both active, creative, and enjoy physical and artistic pursuits—whether it’s basketball, MMA, drawing, piano, guitar, or anime. You both value sticking to plans, building skills, and staying committed to your goals, and you each have a calm, talkative, and thoughtful approach to learning and life.
