Meet your mentor, Ben.

Ben is the Director of Equity, People, Inclusion, & Culture at the Working Families Party, where he works to ensure everyone is treated fairly and helps manage operations and the people who work there. He grew up in Brooklyn, NY, and studied History at CUNY Hunter College, also attending Hobart & William Smith Colleges. Ben enjoys running marathons, exploring new places, traveling, playing sports, and watching TV shows and YouTube channels. He loves working with students and is excited to get to know you, your interests, and what you enjoy doing. He’s curious, thoughtful, and comfortable talking about emotions, problem-solving, and helping students navigate challenges.
