Josiah describes himself as driven, passionate, and innovative. He grew up in Brooklyn and is currently watching Suits, with favorite movies like The Social Network and Inception. His strongest academic interests are AP Computer Science, Algebra, and Biology—subjects he enjoys for their problem-solving, structure, and real-world application. He is deeply involved in his school community: he serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Newspaper Club, sits on the Executive Board of Student Government, participates in School Leadership Team and Restorative Justice initiatives, and holds a role as Chairman of the Board at the Browser Company of New York Inc. Outside of these commitments, Josiah enjoys building software, analyzing technology trends, collaborating on projects, traveling around NYC, and taking photographs. He hopes to lead in technology and business, create companies that solve meaningful problems, and major in business administration. He joined GCSA to broaden his perspective, refine his leadership skills, gain guidance from someone outside the tech world, and build a trusting, reliable mentorship.
