Meet your mentor, Milly.

Milly is a Senior Researcher who studies how the government works for real people. Her job is a mix of detective work and teamwork—she looks at data, talks to staff and families, and helps leaders understand what needs to improve.

She grew up in Harlem and studied Psychology at Hamilton College, where she also sang in the choir and volunteered.

Outside of work, Milly loves reading, watching documentaries, listening to podcasts, and exploring new places.

There are many natural connections between you and Milly. You both enjoy learning about people, emotions, and the world around you—whether it’s through global history, psychology, or storytelling. You enjoy reading and photography, and Milly also appreciates the arts and creative expression. You sometimes worry or feel unsure when making big decisions, and Milly understands that feeling; she had mentors who supported her, and she wants to offer that same steady guidance to you.

Since you’re interested in college, jobs, and exploring new paths, she’s excited to help you stay organized, build confidence, and discover what fits you best.
