Meet your mentor, Seema.

Seema is a Senior Line Producer currently based in New York City and originally from New Jersey. She attended Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where she studied Business Economics and Management, a major that gave her strong analytical and organizational skills and flexibility across different industries. Seema now works at Sony Pictures Television, where she helps manage creative teams and collaborates with major partners like Disney and marketing teams in a fast-paced, professional environment. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts and live events, cooking and baking, traveling, staying active through sports, and watching TV and movies—especially sports, documentaries, and comedies.

As a mentor, Seema leads by listening first, making sure she fully understands someone’s perspective before offering guidance. She is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and values planning and accountability, which aligns closely with you, Victoria—especially your organization, perfectionism, and ability to handle stress while balancing dance, academics, and extracurriculars. Seema’s experience managing demanding projects and navigating high-pressure environments can be a great support as you explore a potential path in medicine, work through test anxiety, and look ahead to college and other future possibilities with confidence and clarity.
